Peter is a telephone specialist im not too sure what he's called but i can describe what he does. He helps companies trying to sell over the phone perfect their way of selling. He has perfected a way of getting the person on the other line to listen and possibly buy. He had us grab a partner and go back to back. One of us had a puzzle and the other had the way to solve it and where to put the pieces, the person had to tell the other person how to put the puzzle together on the phone and only 4% got it right. He calls about 100 people a day for the cable company he is now working for and has about a 14% success rate which is 10% better than most. I learned a lot about telemarketing and he was very cool in teaching us. He told us a lot about commercials and Mcdonalds advertising and he was a good guest speaker overall! He Was TIGHT.
